Virgin Voyages Match and Sea More program

Until the end of 2023, Virgin Voyages is offering eligible Sailors (guests) to status match from competing cruise lines and partner airlines. All you have to do is submit your loyalty and future cruise details on the status match page, along with a scan of your equivalent elite status in the other program.

If your status match is accepted, you’ll be notified within a few days. Wait another week or so for Deep Blue Extras to be added to your cruise booking (it’ll show up under ‘add-ons’).

Unfortunately, the terms and conditions state that status perks won’t apply if your cruise was booked through an Access Key. It doesn’t hurt to try – and we’ve heard mixed reports of some people getting it and some not – but that’s the official line. If you have a cash booking, you’re all set.

Reservations made with Access Keys are not eligible for Virgin Voyages Perks Program and do not count towards any future loyalty program credits. Access Keys cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or credits unless otherwise stated in the Virgin Voyages promotions terms and conditions.

What are Deep Blue Extras?

Deep Blue Extras are a useful range of complimentary perks that you can enjoy. Inclusions are valid per cabin, so only one sailor needs to have Deep Blue Extras for both occupants to share in the benefits, which include:

  • Expedited boarding at the terminal.
  • $100 Bar Tab to spend on premium beverages as you please.
  • Unlimited Premium Wi-Fi, where offered.
  • Laundry service once per cruise (two pressed items, one specialty-cleaned item and one bag of laundry).
  • $10 daily specialty coffee credit for barista-made drinks (only drip coffee is included in the base fare).
  • An exclusive cocktail event during the cruise.
  • Dedicated Sailor Services support onboard.
