    1. I’m an Accor plus member and I rang up and they said the promo is for “new” members.
So I cancelled my membership (expire at the end of the month – such good timing) and signed up with a new email address and you can still use your name and address.
      That’s the loophole

  1. For a website as popular with members as this, surely someone from Accor is reading this? The site link and sign-up page doesn’t work. Hellooooo??! Yes, unfortunately yet again Accor’s terrible website and digital infrastructure strikes again. Hopefully they actually fix the link, so people can actually sign up!

  2. Be aware – discounts may change at short notice…..received this email 5 weeks before we are booked to go to Sofitel Fiji – have addressed with Accor Plus Help who are unable to do anything about it…

Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa has been loved by the Accor Plus member community since opening on Denarau Island in Fiji in late 2005. Always committed to providing an outstanding guest experience, the resort has undergone a substantial refurbishment and evolution in recent years.

In the words of Shaney Tompson from the Sydney Morning Herald, “The Sofitel remains one of Denarau’s best resort options, consistently delivering on service, style and sophistication. The extensive renovation enhances and differentiates the hotel from others, finding a unique balance between catering for families, business travellers and kid-free couples.”

Given the significant level of investment, not wishing to compromise on quality and service and the dynamic environment in which the hospitality industry operates, it has been necessary to reconsider some of the Accor Plus member benefits at the resort. As such, from the 15th of April 2024, the following exceptions will apply at Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa:

    Stay Plus complimentary night Benefit
The Stay Plus complimentary night will be available when combined with a minimum 3-night stay.

    Dining Benefit
Accor Plus members will enjoy a flat 25%* off the food menu per table at the following dining outlets at the resort:
    Solis Restaurant
    Suka (all day Tapas offering)
    Waitui Bar and Grill
    Bazar Kitchen and Bar
    Madame So
    Main pool
    Journal Lounge
We sincerely appreciate your understanding of these exceptions. Please rest assured that Vincent Macquet, General Manager of Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa, and his team, are looking forward to welcoming you as an incredibly valued Accor Plus member with the inimitable Fijian warmth and hospitality.

  3. I am trying to purchase via your link and it’s coming up full price – spoke to accor on chat and they said it’s only available to friends and family of accor employees – can you please share how anyone can purchase 50% as per your article? thanks!

  4. just clicked through to purchase page and it still shows the full price cost . PS as I am from NZ i was directed to NZ purchase site so perhaps i need to use VPM and set to australia?

  5. Accor Qantas points allocation are sporadic. Sometimes they appear and sometimes they don’t. Most annoying and not worth the frustration of trying to get it sorted. There is no point touting such an alliance if it doesn’t always work. Also lately, actual Accor points are not being credited and require an email ( or emails) to relevant hotel to fix.

  6. My Accor Live has changed to Gold today.
I was already an Accor member. Im wondering how long my membership upgrade lasts for?

    1. Hi, we’ve heard that it may take up to the end of this Friday. Apparently, those with Accor Plus membership have been missed.

  7. If I’ve stayed at an Accor hotel this year ( prior to registration) , does that mean I don’t have to spend another night as part of the offer?

  8. Does this work for anyone?
All I get is a brief view of a form of some sort, quickly replaced by a “Sorry something went wrong” notice.
This is pretty consistent with Accor’s usual shambolic account-linking stuff, though.

    1. Hi Miles, it worked for me, but I was logged into the Accor website before trying to activate the offer. A colleague here at Point Hacks had a similar issue as you, but it was resolved when they first logged in, and then tried to activate the offer again.

      1. This doesn’t seem to work for me either, I’ve been logged into the ALL website and go to subscribe to the Fast Track offer but keep getting the “Sorry something went wrong” notice mentioned above, does anyone know if there is a fix? There doesn’t seem to be an option to contact ALL.

  9. Unfortunately the so-called partnership with Qantas is not working as advertised. I get Accord Rewards points for Qantas flights but no Qantas points for Accor hotel stays (booked through the Accor app).
Worse is that Accor provide no mechanism to actually make contact about this, no webform, no phone number, circular webpage links designed to frustrate their customers into giving up.

    Massive fail

    1. That’s disappointing. For me, it’s working perfectly. Already 10,000 Qantas points in the bank from Accor stays.
