The Amplify family includes cards offered by St.George, Bank of Melbourne and BankSA and they continue to offer decent points earn rates from your day-to-day spend. This guide covers the different earn rates, caps and benefits of the Bank of Melbourne Amplify Rewards Signature card.
Since Amplify Rewards points are transferable to Velocity Points on a 2:1 basis and KrisFlyer miles on a 3:1 basis. This means that the current bonus of 150,000 Amplify points is equivalent to 75,000 Velocity Points or 50,000 KrisFlyer miles when transferred to the aforementioned programs.
Digging into the details of the Bank of Melbourne Amplify Rewards Signature Card
The Bank of Melbourne Amplify Rewards Signature Card offers 1.5 Amplify Rewards Points (which is equal to 0.75 Velocity Points or 0.5 KrisFlyer miles) per dollar spent with no points cap.
The card is worth considering for the relatively high flexible points program earn rate outside of American Express.

Summing up
This Bank of Melbourne card, along with the other cards in the Amplify Rewards family could be useful for those who are looking for a non-Amex card with decent points earn and flexibility in how you use them.
Bonus offers on this card can be hit and miss but when they are good, the card is well worth considering, and the travel and lounge access perks are handy extra benefits.

Would the bonus Amplify points be credited after the $12k spend is completed or after the 12 months have elapsed? Just trying to see whether I would have to pay a 2nd annual fee.
Technically as additional card holder, you are not liable for the credit card account and so therefore have never applied for the card, meaning you would be eligible, however, the terms and conditions are silent on this, so it is best to contact Bank of Melbourne to confirm this.

Thanks for your reply!
Are those listed as an additional card holder with St George amplify eligible for the 200K bonus points?
