Eligible purchases exclude Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Special Promotions, interest, fees, refunds and Chargebacks. You will receive an email from us after you have met the spend criteria, with information on how to provide your Velocity membership number to us to enrol in Points Autosweep. 220,000 Citi reward Points (equivalent to 110,000 Velocity Points) will be credited to your Citi Rewards Balance within 2 months of meeting the spend criteria and automatically transferred to Velocity on the date nominated by you, provided you have enrolled in Points Autosweep. Once transferred, it may take up to 1 month for the Velocity Points to appear in your Velocity account. Your Citi Premier Credit Card must remain open and in good standing (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed) for the Citi reward Points to be awarded. Membership of Velocity is your responsibility. The redemption of Citi reward Points will be administered solely by us and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Citi Rewards Program. To redeem Citi reward Points for Velocity Points you must be a Velocity member and advise us of your Velocity number prior to redemption. You can choose to manually redeem a minimum of 2,000 Citi reward Points at a time, or opt in for Points Autosweep.
