Just one Q….if you booked the flights using points and flight centre vouchers how did you manage to get AmEx to pay for your travel disruption. Is this a feature on the AmEx top tier cards.
Usually you are supposed to book the travel with that specific card to claim any such benefits. I may be wrong but interested to know.
