Hello team, I signed up in the end of December 2020 are you able to advise what the offer was at the time ? (bom advised they can’t find it)
I’ve spent $2000 worth of eligible purchases on this card which has been paid back each statement period. However, five weeks later and still no 60,000 points. Should it take this long? I would’ve thought this process would be more automatic but it appears to be a lengthy manual process.
With other bonus points CC’s I received the bonus points within a week of reaching the target.
I’m a bit anxious as I want to book in flights for later in the year and don’t want the reward seats to be taken by the time I try and book.
Bonus points can sometimes take up to 3 credit card statement cycles to be credited. I recommend getting in touch with Bank of Melbourne first, as they are placed to let you know the status of your bonus points.
Any idea if previous supplementary card holders (within the last 12 months) would be eligible for the sign up bonus?
The terms and conditions don’t specifically exclude supplementary cardholders, but I recommend getting in touch with Bank of Melbourne prior to applying to confirm eligibility.
