Credit Cards that offer Qantas Club Lounge Access
There are a handful of credit cards in Australia that offer lounge passes that can be used at Qantas Club domestic lounges in Australia and most Qantas International Business Class Lounges too. Most cards offer two lounge passes each year you keep the card.

Up to 90,000 bonus Qantas Points or Amplify Rewards Points on offer with the Amplify Signature & Platinum Visas
St. George, Bank of Melbourne and BankSA are offering up to 90,000 bonus Qantas or Amplify Rewards points with the Amplify Signature Visa. The card offers 0.75 Qantas Points per dollar spent, or 1.5 Amplify Rewards points (which also equal 0.75 Velocity Points, KrisFlyer or Enrich Miles).

Westpac have increased the bonus on their premium card while still offering a $200 discount off the first-year annual fee. The card offers a strong earn rate with no points cap, four lounge passes a year, World Mastercard benefits and overseas travel insurance.
