Best credit card to use for purchase: credit cards that offer bonus points for booking travel

Booking link: firstly, make sure you register to earn double Velocity Points on travel in 2019. Then you can book these fares by going directly to the Virgin Australia website, however, I suggest clicking through the Cashrewards website to earn 3% cashback and then using one of these discount codes to get a further 10% off. Now, you may not be able to stack both cashback and the discount code, so try clicking through Cashrewards and then using a discount code—that way, you’ll still get an up to 10% discount and it may void the cashback but you will still end up winning!

Airfare deals are typically only available on limited dates. Fares may disappear quickly, so we suggest booking as soon as you are confident in your travel dates.
