Singapore Airlines will operate daily services to Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport (WSI). Non-stop services from Singapore to Western Sydney will begin on 23 November 2026, subject to approvals.
Taking advantage of the lack of a curfew, SQ202 departs WSI at 11:55pm, flying overnight to land at 5:05am, perfect for onward connections to Asia and Europe. The return journey, SQ201, is a rare daytime flight from Asia. It departs Singapore at 11:30am, arriving in Sydney at 10:20pm.
Singapore Airlines currently operates four daily flights to Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport. With the additional service, it will operate five daily flights. Flights can be booked using Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Virgin Australia Velocity, and other partner airlines.
Mr Dai Haoyu, Senior Vice President Marketing Planning, Singapore Airlines, says the flights will give Australians more choice and flexibility when they choose to fly.
“Singapore Airlines’ services to Australia’s newest gateway at Western Sydney will deliver more choice and strengthen connectivity to this popular destination for our customers.”
