Credit Cards that offer bonus points for fuel purchases and at petrol stations
If you consistently spend on your own credit card at petrol stations for fuel, then using a credit card that offers bonus points for transactions made at the major gas / petrol stations can help you increase your frequent flyer points balances. This works well for families, Uber and Taxi drivers who pay their own fuel expenses, or employees who buy fuel to then expense their employer. If you use a fuel card you won't be able to pick up as many bonus points of course.
Check your email to see if you are eligible for this promotion, which helps boost the (poor) earn rate on these cards.
