We’re on the hunt for a Social and Community Specialist to join our growing team. If you love points, social media and engaging an audience, keep reading on.
The new role is a full-time position and will suit someone who has a keen interest in frequent flyer/loyalty points and travel, a passion for engaging an audience across any medium and sees themselves as a growth hacker.
Summary of Position
As Point Hacks’ Social and Community Specialist, you will be on the front lines, engaging with our users and growing our audience in new and existing channels.
This is a full-time role working alongside the team in our Melbourne office, however, we may consider 30+ hours per week for the right person.
You’ll need to have had experience managing, growing and creating content on social media platforms. Managing email communications with our audience will also be a key part of the role.
Finally, you must have a strong interest in – or dare we say, passion for – points, rewards programs, rewards credit cards, travel and airlines, especially in the Australian market.
