I’ve been searching for Premium economy velocity awards (international). I’ve found limited availability from Sydney but nothing from Canberra, as I assume the product isn’t available on the short haul and the system can’t handle it. I want to make sure both flights are on the same itinerary for the baggage allowance etc. Do I just call up?
