The lifemiles website is showing no availability for any flights out of Australia to asia or europe on any day! It must be a website issue as the search results show no availability in an instant. I e mailed them and got a generic response about how award bookings are subject to availability and to call the call center if needed. They won’t admit that there is a technical issue
This has to be more than a “computer glitch” and needs serious investigation!
Does anyone know how to “Escalate” it to the “higher mortals” at Point Hacks?

Moderator and mere mortal here :). I heard from some friends, who are more familiar with Lifemiles, that the web interface has been updated recently. They found very little Star Alliance availability too. Some have better luck through the Colombia website (use Google Chrome to translate).

I would suggest that the web interface is not just an update; and needs special investigation and full explanation from Lifemiles.
I was one who managed to get a booking through “Columbia” on the old interface; they have now put the new interface up, with the same (no star alliance availability) result.
I am looking for a TAP booking ARN-LIS next year – there was availability on the old interface, none one the new, and now, nothing via Columbia!
It really needs a full investigation; aren’t some of the Star alliance airlines noticing a big drop in bookings/award redemptions from Lifemiles?
Can you ask a nonmere mortal for help?
