I have just received my new Qantas Premier Mastercard which is great but when I called to add my wife as a supplementary holder I was told this is not available at present. I advised that this was included as an option when I applied for the card. It is unacceptable to launch a new card and then not be in a position to add supplementary holders it is misleading and deceptive, in my view.
Anybody considering this card should be aware!

Apologies due to the lack of response.
I suspect this and the reason of your question is because the card is that new and there are a few things for the system to sort out.
Have you had better luck now that the card has had 2 months to iron out its short-comings?
