NAB Qantas signature credit card?

Hey fellow hackers.

NAB has recently launched their new Qantas signature credit card.
Its 75k pints w/ 395 annual fees.
I have read the article on the website about this.
Just wanting to ask the experience hackers, is the card price worth 375 ?, cz AMEX usually has a similar card with 100k points for the same fees and lower spend of 1500$.

What do the hackers gurus say about the price of this card ?
