How to use Qantas Points for upgrade on Cathay Pacific flights?

Travelling to Europe, have accumulated Qantas frequent flyer 380,000 points, I will be flying cathay pacific premium economy to Europe

How do I use these points to get a upgrade to business if flight code says I cant? and they are already paid for.

Anyone ever used points for accomodation in Paris or Rome?

Unfortunately you can’t use Qantas points to upgrade a Cathay Pacific flight.
