How to claim missing frequent flyer points from Thai Airways Royal Orchid?

Hello!,

My family and i fly with Thai airways beginning of September 2015 & only now have I found out the travel agent did not attach our FF# to the booking (yes I know I should have been more observant), so despite acknowledging my oversight how do I get Royal Orchid to allocate points to our FF accounts for previous flights??
Oh the FF accounts have no previous activity… this was our first flight after birth of child

thanks

It is unlikely that you will be able to get credit for this. Thai normally only allow retro credit for flights taken in the previous six months.

Having said that, these are their instructions:

  • For flights with THAI, Star Alliance and partner airlines, the ORIGINAL boarding passes and a copy of your ticket must be submitted to your local THAI office, or the Members Service Centre in Bangkok, within 6 months of the activity.
  • Faxed or scanned boarding passes cannot be accepted for mileage claims.
  • Please allow up to 4 weeks for miles to be credited to your account.
