I’m regularly sending payments to overseas suppliers.
Is there anyway to use this to my advantage to gain rewards points???

Yes, Amex offer this if you have a business card. Check Customer Support | FX International Payments | American Express

I used to use another method but since the exchange rate dropped I can’t wear the surcharge on my margins anymore
