In the most recent article promoting points transfer bonus’ the Altitude Black card wasn’t included in the Westpac cards.
Does anyone know if they do ever offer these bonus’ ?

Yes, apparently quite often so I would suggest you wait for a bonus to be offered if you don’t have to use the points between now and then.
