Which card and points program is best for international spend within Australia?

Hi All

I have read so much about different cards and programs that I am even more confused now

Hoping to get some recommendations, I do alot of spending internationally from here in Aus so I need to be sure that I am not hit with an international transaction fee so that seems to narrow down my options

any help would be greatly appreciated
