Cathay Pacific lounge Hong Kong - can I access it if arriving via Cathay and onward flight is with Malaysia Airlines?

Hi

Will be flying to HK on Cathay Pacific Business, connecting with Malaysia Business. I would like to know if I can use that Cathay Pacific Business class lounge in HK while waiting for my connecting flight with Malaysia Airline.

Also when in Penang Malaysia, can I use the Cathay Pacific Business class lounge while flying MH Business class - flying to Kuala Lumpur?
