What is the best lounge to access with Priority Pass in Singapore Changi airport (T3)?

Hi All,

I have a 6 hour layover in Singapore airport and am looking for the best lounge for priority passes, Terminal doesn’t matter as I have so long but I will be connecting to Terminal 3.
