Which credit cards earn 1 or more frequent flyer point per $ on government payments?

Hi,
I’ve recently set up a business in which i use my credit card for payment for immigration fees (government). I am looking for the best credit card deal which offers 1 point (or greater) for each 1$ spent on government fees. Currently i only receive .5 points for each 1$. Any suggestions?
I wish to use the points for frequent flyer in Asia.
