I put these questions to customer service (over 2 weeks ago) but no response. So I don’t have a warm fuzzy feeling. Looking for feedback in general and if possible answers to the following:

  1. Does it work from Australia?
  2. Does it accept PayPal?
  3. Is there a fee for the transfer to the frequent flyer programme?
  4. Do I need to provide an airline frequent flyer ID at the time of purchase, or can I accumulate miles and then transfer later?
