When does the monthly transfer of points from AMEX to Velocity occur?

Thought this may be a question relevant to others.

When do points transfer from AMEX to Velocity? Is it the end of the calendar month? A month after account activation, and then monthly thereafter? A fixed date each month?

I don’t have a Velocity Plat Amex but did have a Qantas card which I think worked the same. For me, the points were transferred across on, I think, the date the statement payment was due from the previous month. It was a while back though.

I had an initial point transfer on 17th August too with statement balance due on Sept 6.
