When does Amex sweep points on the Velocity Platinum over to Velocity?

When does Amex Velocity Platinum sweep Velocity Points over to your Velocity account?
I have just paid my first bill statement on September 30th.
But my Velocity Points have not been transferred by AMEX.

Mine came across fairly quickly, around 3 weeks or so after I had spent the $1000 required to be eligible.

Thank you for your replies everyone.
I just called AMEX and they told me that my Velocity number was rejected, hence why the points were not transferred. I think it’s because when signing up for the e rewards surveys, i used a different address and name for the same Velocity no. Sigh…stupid me.
