I am planning to travel to Italy in July and struggling to find business calls seats, using points, for 2 adults and 2 kids. I had a look online and came across PointPros who can book award seats on my behalf using my points at a reasonalbe fee.
Has anyone used their services before? Any suggestions is appreciated as I am not an expert frequent flyer but I have accumulated enough points for the family with Amex

You've probably left it a bit late which is why you are finding it so hard, but have you looked at Malaysian airlines? They are an MR transfer partner and usually have wide open availability... create a free enrich account and do a search for dates you want...
