How to compute the value of points I earn with the ANZ Black Visa?

I do a lot of paying bills for our business through my ANZ Black Visa and wonder at what point is it not economical to pay the fees to accumulate the points? I often pay .3, .4, but not over .5%.

I’m wondering about the value of the points, at what point am I throwing money away…
