How easy is it to book a krisflyer award in “saver”.
i would be planning a year ahead.
when i do sample entries, only “waitlist” is available.

I am planning to do the same shortly too so here are my 2 cents’ worth.
I personally find the challenging part is Business/First Class savers for the Australia-Singapore leg.
If you are aiming to travel to EU or USA, the number of legs vary from 2 to 3 (e.g. SYD-SIN-CDG or SYD-SIN-FRA-JFK). As you need availability in all legs when you search, this may be harder to come by.
As SQ products are very sought after, I personally recommend booking when the seats are made available (approx 12 mths before travel date). If you are booking for more than 1 or 2, it is a task and a half to be successful. I think seats for 2 is still achievable but 3 or 4 is quite rare.
