Has anyone experienced difficulty in accessing the Virgin / Velocity website?

hi all,

I am travelling in the USA and booked a reward flight via the Velocity website yesterday.

However I am urgently trying to cancel / amend the booking but I can’t seem to access the site from my iPad or iPhone… Something about the server not being found. Has anyone else experienced this? And is it possible to edit (change destination) such a booking?
