Do any credit cards still give you a point per dollar for ATO and the like?

Hi all — I previously used my free Amex Discovery for ATO and insurance payments … the the charges that would only earn me half a point on more expensive cards. I believe it’s now back to half a point per dollar. Are there any cards out there where you can earn one point per dollar spent on utilities, ATO, Telstra etc? Thanks! — Jane

Some might take PayPal for payment so consider that to get the full point earn. Also postbillpay takes PayPal so you can get full earn
