What are the difference between Qantas Premier and Amex Qantas Ultimate card?

Can someone please tell me the essential difference between the Qantas Premier credit card and the American Express Qantas Ultimate card. I have just applied for the latter, and think maybe I should have applied for the former. Thank you

the main differences are:

  • one is Amex and has a higher annual fee
  • one is mastercard which is accepted at more places
  • the Amex has a higher earn rate at 1.5pt/$ for most transactions.

Thanks Mark.  I wonder if I should have one of those in conjunction with the QANTAS Amex?  But I guess I would not get the FF points if receiving them on the QANTAS Amex.  Thanks again
