Does the reduced Annual Fee on enrollment still applies for Citibank Prestige Card. Also Krisflyer transfer rate on Citibank website is 2.5 to 1 not 2 to 1. Read somewhere that one could negotiate a reduced Annual Fee. Any truth in it?

The reduced annual fee doesn’t seem to still be offered after rereading the PH Prestige page.
As with most credit card annual fee during renewal, it never hurt to ask for a reduced annual fee. Some customer retention for certain brand of credit cards does provide incentive for loyalty.
