Do you get lounge access when using your Velocity points for a Business Reward on Virgin Australia?

Hi,

I was hoping someone with experience might be able to advise? If I book tickets using Velocity points for a business reward - does it allow me to to access the Virgin Australia Lounge?

I have the Amex Velocity card, and am planning a return trip from Brisbane to Sydney in November.

Hi,

Yes, if you book a business ticket you will gain access to the Virgin Australia Lounge (im assuming you are booking your ticket with Virgin Australia). So you wont need to use one of your lounge passes with the Amex Velocity Card.

Just simply walk through the entrance, flash your ticket to the people on reception and enjoy.
