What's the average number of days for points to be transferred from Citi Cards to frequent flyer programs?

Hi,
I just got a Citi Prestige card due to Westpac devaluing their points and my love of the Asia Miles program.
The only thing I am worried about is that on the Citibank website it mentions that they could take up to 6 weeks! to transfer points across.

With Westpac the spiel was normally 5 working days and in my experience the points successfully moved across within 2 days (sometimes only 1 day)

Has anyone moved points across from a Citibank card, and if so how long did it take for the points to appear in your selected frequent flyer program?

Hi Sam,

It depends on the transfer partner obviously so I think they are erring on the safe side by saying up to 6 weeks (which sounds a bit silly if it is true in this day an age).

I only have examples from others that it transfers to Krisflyer and Hilton within 24-48 hours.

You will have to probably find out yourself when you transfer some points or try and find more info from other sources.
